Yoga Teacher's Training / Certification Program includes Asanas, pranayamas, yoganidra and meditation as per teachings and trainings of Swami Shivananda Saraswati of Rishikesh and Swami Satyananda Saraswati of the Bihar School of Yoga Munger.
Course Director: Dr. Sandeep Kumar is a renowned Yoga Guru and a Corporate Trainer based in Delhi. He received his First Comprehensive Yoga Training at Swami Sivananda’s Yoga-Vedanta Forest Academy / Divine Life Society, Rishikesh. He was awarded Masters Degree in YOGA from the prestigious BIHAR YOGA BHARTI Munger / Satyananda Yoga, the first YOGA university in the World. Dr. Sandeep Kumar is PGD in Preventive and Promotive Health Care and also PGD in Holistic Healthcare from Apollo Hospitals Group.
